Is an online colour advice reliable?
For clothing colours, yes, provided the photos are good. That is why we ask for daylight and a white piece of paper in every photo: we use it to correct the light and measure your skin, eyes and hair. Our colour expert checks every advice before it is sent.
What happens to my photos?
They stay on our server only briefly and are deleted right after delivery. We don't sell or share them and never use them to train models. Only our colour expert views them for the check; for the analysis they go to our AI provider (except the eye and wrist photos). Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I need an account or app?
No. Everything runs in your phone or computer browser. No account, no subscription, no install. You only enter your e-mail address at the end, at checkout.
Does it work for everyone?
Yes. Glasses, beard, no make-up, bald, head covering, grey or dyed hair and every skin tone: the analysis adapts. Whatever we skip, we say so in your advice.
What if my photos are not good enough?
Every photo is checked as you upload it, so you usually see it straight away. If it still turns out unusable later, our expert issues a code (upload again for free) or a refund.
How fast do I get my advice?
Within 24 hours after payment, by e-mail. If we do not manage within 36 hours, you automatically get your money back.
